Programs are sold to businesses and authorized representatives. You represent that you have authority to bind your organization when submitting inquiries.

4. Orders and payment

Quotes and statements of work define fees, deliverables, and taxes. Website content does not constitute a binding offer until a signed agreement exists.

5. Acceptable use

No unauthorized access, malware, scraping at scale, harassment via contact forms, or unlawful use of materials.

6. Intellectual property
