Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective June 4, 2026
1. Services covered
This policy applies to paid B2B walking balance programs, facilitation days, and Sustain stewardship sold by Removallystrengt, a California-based company.
2. Cancellation before kickoff
Written cancellation at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled start qualifies for a full refund of prepaid program fees, minus documented third-party costs disclosed in your quote.
3. Cancellation after work begins
Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions may be credited toward a future cohort within 12 months at our discretion.
4. Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is available with 7+ days notice and facilitator availability. Additional changes may incur fees stated in your contract.
5. Dissatisfaction
Report concerns within 10 business days of a delivered session. We may offer a repeat facilitation day or partial credit after review. Credits are not cash refunds unless required by law.
6. Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve billing disputes in good faith.
7. How to request
Email writetous@removallystrengt.world with organization name, invoice number, and reason. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 14 business days.
